While your kids play on the playground, sit
on a bench or a chair with your hands wrapped around lip of bench. Move your
body forward until your bottom is off of the bench, and dropped down slightly
so your arms are supporting your body weight. With your feet flat against the
ground and your knees slightly bent, extend your arms so they lift your body.
Then slowly bend your arms to lower your body again. Repeat this movement. For
extra resistance, have your baby or toddler sit on your lap.
